Luminaires used: LENA ECO+ industrial LED luminaires
KIPA s.r.o. approached us for suitable, durable lighting for the freezer chamber of their food warehouse. Because of the extremely harsh conditions, their original luminaires lasted only a very short time.
For this space we chose LENA ECO+ industrial LED luminaires in a special version suitable for extremely cold conditions. They can be installed at ambient temperatures down to -40 °C. We used 150 cm luminaires rated at 71 W with a colour temperature of 4,000 K.
To ensure even lighting of the aisles between the racks in the freezer chamber, we chose the version with aisle optics. To eliminate glare, the luminaires were also fitted with an anti-glare cover.
