Luminaires used: Segin LED street lights, 28 W and 56 W
The original lighting in the town of Gbely consisted of 499 sodium and compact discharge lamps with an average rating of 126.4 W. They were replaced with Segin LED street lighting: 405 luminaires rated at 28 W on side roads and 95 luminaires rated at 56 W on main roads.
By modernising the lighting, the town achieved energy savings of up to 63.8 %, saving EUR 22,291.1 a year.
