Luminaires used: LENA Ex LED linear luminaire
GIMMA, s.r.o. approached us to design LED lighting for their client’s paint shop. As the space was a potentially explosive atmosphere, the lighting also needed ATEX certification, so we chose LENA Ex LED linear luminaires.
The required illuminance in the 11 × 5 × 5 m booth was 1,000 lux. A DIALux simulation helped us find the right luminaire variant, quantity and layout. We then supplied and installed 120 cm luminaires rated at 58 W, with a colour temperature of 6,500 K and a luminous flux of 7,300 lumens.
